The ICT & Health World Conference, a premier conference for healthcare professionals,  witnessed a deep dive into essential topics this year, from the role of AI in healthcare to data sharing and patient participation. Vorro, known for specializing in no-code integration solutions and streamlining data connectivity, took center stage in the conference held in May 2024 with its flagship product, BridgeGate.

By integrating disparate data systems, BridgeGate ensures that healthcare providers have real-time access to accurate patient information, enhancing decision-making and patient care.

The conference – involving physicians, administrators, researchers, program managers, and IT experts who together keep healthcare running – brought into focus smart healthcare innovations and sustainable collaborations.

Giving an example, Vorro said that the American Lung Association of the Upper Midwest faced challenges regarding its key initiative, the Illinois Tobacco Quitline.

To address this issue, the American Lung Association partnered with Vorro, to implement an integration project that involved ADT data from hospitals, FQHCs, and physicians.

“We digitized the entirety of the incoming data process from various stakeholders,” said Vorro. “This involved setting up a secure mailbox, custom web forms for patients/referring clinics, and a direct integration with EMRs – thereby digitizing all referrals.”

According to the company, the goal was to eliminate manual processes and create efficiencies through data integration.

“Our easy and efficient implementation processes, seamless integration of conflicting and competing standards, codeless mapping of complex formats, and easily managed yet complex lookup and filtering processes proved to be effective in solving the client’s problems,” the healthtech aiding company said.

Growing Importance Of Health Technology

In today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, the seamless connection of data and information is crucial for supporting healthcare professionals and patients.

Vorro has revealed that it is open to collaborating with various organizations within the healthcare ecosystem, offering not only a robust solution but also comprehensive services to alleviate burdens within the healthcare sector.

Vorro’s BridgeGate solution is gaining popularity. “Our technology is the industry’s easiest to use, most efficient, and cost-effective solution to integrate disparate systems and databases,” the company’s website says.
