Enterprise AI adoption depends on more than access to large language models. Companies must also prepare their data, integrate AI into existing systems, and establish governance processes that allow these technologies to operate reliably at scale.

Straive, a global data and AI operationalization company, has joined the OpenAI Partner Network as a Select Partner, expanding its work to help organizations move AI applications from development into production environments.

The partnership will combine OpenAI’s models with Straive’s capabilities in data readiness, solution design, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement. The companies will work with enterprises to build and scale AI solutions tailored to their operational needs.

“AI delivers value when it becomes part of how people make decisions and get work done every day,” said Naveen Gattu, Chief Growth Officer at Straive. He said the partnership would help bring OpenAI’s capabilities into industry-specific workflows while maintaining the governance, human oversight, and continuous improvement required for enterprise adoption.

Building the infrastructure for enterprise AI

Straive organizes its AI services around two capabilities, Build AI and Run AI. The former focuses on designing and developing AI solutions, while the latter addresses their deployment, operation, and optimization.

The company serves organizations across financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and supply chain, media and entertainment, education and research, and publishing. These industries often require AI systems to work with specialized datasets and established business processes.

Its generative AI portfolio includes LLM Foundry, a multi-model platform that supports OpenAI models and provides reusable components for enterprise application development.

“Enterprises need more than access to powerful models. They need the domain context, data foundations, and operating discipline to make AI useful at scale,” said Sean Manning, Vice President and Global Bead of Partnerships at Straive.

Manning said the partnership would create opportunities to combine OpenAI’s capabilities with Straive’s operational expertise to help customers translate AI initiatives into dependable business outcomes.

The OpenAI Partner Network connects organizations with industry expertise, technical delivery capabilities, and customer relationships to develop and implement AI solutions. As a Select Partner, Straive plans to expand its OpenAI-related offerings and delivery capabilities, focusing on governed deployment and ongoing optimization.

The partnership reflects a broader challenge for enterprise AI providers: ensuring that models can function within real business environments, where data quality, integration, oversight, and reliability are essential to sustained adoption.
