SkillView online interview solution from Timisoara, Romania, got a  20,000 Euro investment from The Risky Business Cluj-based acceleration fund, together with Sergiu Biris, founder of Trilulilu & Zonga, and Cristian Anghel, an investor in Risky Business.

With the money invested, the company valued now at 200,000 euros, the two founders plan on bringing SkillView to the next level, securing their first clients and focusing on the growth of the companny.

Their product stood out in October last year, winning Imprezzio Idea Challange in Cluj. SkillView platform now offers IT companies the opportunity to interview employees at a distance, offering both the interview solution and its management.

SkillView will soon allow external specialists to interview candidates for any job in any company, thus becoming a marketplace for job interviews, said Razvan Avram, founder of Skillview.

The value that Risky Business offers is not limited to the money invested but includes many hours spent with the founders to take the idea to the next level. We want to have startups near us to support them in product development, market launch, partnerships, preparation of the next investment rounds, said Bogdan Colceriu, founding partner of Risky Business.

Risky Business is aiming that for each investment to attract co-investors from its network. In this way, the startup gets added value by accessing the knowledge, experience, connections, and ability to market those investors.

The product the SkillView team develops solves a set of needs found not only in large companies but also at startups that recruit remote candidates. SkillView has the potential to completely change how we understand interviewing job candidates today, reducing both the costs and time spent by companies, “says Sergiu Biris, co-investing in the platform.
